RichBD Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Terms in English

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the richbd platform (richbd.im) and all associated mobile applications and services. richbd is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, using any service, or accessing the richbd platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using richbd.

These Terms & Conditions are written in plain language so all users can easily understand them. If anything is unclear, please contact the richbd support team.

To open an account with richbd, the following conditions must be met. These requirements are in place to protect both you and other users.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on richbd. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited. A national ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• One Account Only: Each person is allowed only one richbd account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Information Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your contact details and payment method up to date on richbd.

Richbd accepts payments through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposit Confirmation: Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be credited to your richbd account instantly.
• Withdrawal Verification: For large withdrawal amounts, richbd may require identity verification. This is a necessary security measure.
• Bonus Balance: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Refund Policy: In the event of a duplicate charge due to a technical error, richbd will issue a full refund.
• Fraudulent Transactions: If any suspicious payment activity is detected, richbd may temporarily suspend the account.

The following rules apply to all betting on richbd and are enforced equally for every player.

Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless it results from a technical error on richbd's end. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount in any market is ৳ 20.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by market and may be changed by richbd at any time.
• Live Betting: Odds on live matches change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, richbd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Parlay Bet: In a parlay bet, if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

Richbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms detailed on the offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined here.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times.
• Reload Bonus: To qualify for the weekly reload bonus, at least one bet must be placed during that week.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is credited directly to your balance and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Misusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.
• VIP Program: Regular players can join the richbd VIP program. VIP members enjoy exclusive benefits, a dedicated account manager, and special offers.

Richbd is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Creating an account under a false identity or someone else's name
• Attempting to hack or modify richbd's software
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or any illegal transactions through your account
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the richbd system to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or demeaning other users
• Exploiting technical errors for unfair advantage without reporting them to richbd

If any of the above activities are proven, richbd reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses and permanently close the account. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Richbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain specified circumstances.

• Temporary Suspension: An account may be temporarily suspended for security verification, identity confirmation, or suspicious transactions. Your balance remains safe during this period.
• Permanent Closure: If evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity is found, the account may be permanently closed.
• Self-Closure: You may close your account at any time through richbd support. Any valid balance will be returned to you.
• Appeal Process: Account closure decisions may be appealed within 30 days by emailing support@richbd.im. richbd will respond within 7 business days.

• Data Collection: richbd only collects information that is necessary to provide its services.
• Use of Information: Collected information is used for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.
• Data Sharing: richbd does not sell your data. Information may be shared with authorities only when required by law.
• Data Protection: All data is protected through SSL encryption and other security measures.
• Cookies: richbd uses cookies on its website. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features.

• Self-Exclusion: Long-term self-exclusion is available, ranging from 6 months to permanent.
